We had a fantastic stay The location is second to none : a few meters from Mamitas Beach (the Kool Club is very nice indeed) and a few blocks from all the restaurants, bars and shops from the Fifth. Comlex is a very nice and premium condo complex : amazing pool, great staff, very well maintained. The flat must certainly be the nicest of the complex : decorated with exquisite taste, super clean and comfortable : you just feel at home. And the roof terrace with its private pool is just amazing, with very nice furniture and plants that make it truly private. Excellent host, super thoughtful and friendly : wants you to have the best possible experience. We had the perfect holiday here ! 5 stars + !

This is my third condo I have stayed in which I rented from Jamais Trujillo and Ruben Trujillo of LetsGoPDC. We rented Aldea Thai 330 and loved how special it was.This was a mother/daughter birthday celebration so we wanted some place special. This condo is special because it has been upgraded and redecorated from the rooftop to the kitchen utensils - like all of their personal properties. The owners have taken great care to bring linens and pots and dishes from the US to make the condo feel as much like home as possible. This property is not a hotel in any way other than the bell boy. The rooftop is so relaxing with all the lounge chairs and couches that they added. Of course, having your own private rooftop pool is an added bonus! They have added plants for privacy and this was our favorite place to relax and enjoy to view to Mamita's beach and the pool. This was a quiet and tranquil spot and as the rooftop is so large there are 5 different areas to relax. Jamais and Ruben greeted us personally upon arrival and gave us their "top 10 Playa del Carmen" list of things to do. They also told us about the best local spots to eat and helped us find the bank and grocery stores. They also gave us a local cell phone in case we needed anything. Very helpful hosts and they have not forgotten any of the details with their home at Aldea Thai

The condo at Aldea Thai was the perfect fit for our five-people family! The location of the complex is perfect, very close to the beach clubs and two blocks away from 5th Ave and the restaurant and shopping areas. Ruben and Jamais, the Owners of the property were great to deal with and very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The condo was impeccable and all furniture and fixtures are very high quality. The cherry on the pie is the terrace on top of the condo. We spent our evenings relaxing in the private pool looking at the sunset. We look forward to going back.

This was the first time I have rented Home Away in Mexico. I rented from LetsGoPDC com Jamais and Ruben Trujillo and they were great hosts. I rented from them after looking at other units in the area, I chose this one. I was very glad I did, the construction on this side of the property is completed. It is very quiet and nice since the road below is closed and is only an access road for the new Hyatt Hotel. One of the other property’s I had looked at was right next to the heart of where all the clubs were and they didn’t stop the music on some nights until 6am. Down below in front of the unit there are numerous stores, restaurants, Mamitas Beach Club and Kool beach Club and 2 OXXO adjacent to the property. You are within walking distance to 5th street which we enjoyed doing every night. We also went shopping at the Mega Store after the first day there and stocked on water and food items, super cheap and nice. Although there is a 5 gallon jug of water on the counter for use. We really enjoyed the Condo; they upgraded it in every aspect. The Terrace Rooftop is beautiful and a must to start and end your day, as they have made this area very comfortable with plants and numerous chairs and tables, I miss that already. The owners greeted us at the start and end of our trip at the condo; they were very prompt and courteous. Thanks Again!!! My daughter enjoyed me going to Starbucks every morning and getting her Mocha!!! Starbucks is a super close walk if you like. The kitchen was very nice but we didn’t have time to cook on vacation. We had a great time in this Condo and would definitely recommend this property. Also being in Playa has its advantages if you want to go Cozumel and do activites as its a shorter distance to Xplor, Xcaraet, Tulum, A road was washed out the last day of our stay and we needed to leave in a rush and they promptly came to the condo to check us out. This was our first trip to Playa and we were very pleased that everything we read and saw in the pictures accurately reflected the unit. This is a great property and a perfect location. The property management was very friendly and attentive. Alpha, our concierge, was wonderful and very attentive to us throughout our stay. We did have some problems with the AC on our first night. It was a pretty serious situation that needed to be addressed immediately to prevent damage to the unit, and Alpha was appropriately onsite and engaged maintenance to address the situation. There were issues with noise between the ice maker in the fridge and the Ac unit. They were both very loud throughout the evening, so if you are a light sleeper it can be disruptive. Once this is fixed, this place is perfect. We enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop every morning and the private pool was a wonderful way to unwind after a day in the sun. When we go back to Playa we will absolutely hope to stay here again, and we have already recommended this unit to our friends. Thank you for sharing a little piece of heaven, helping us to feel safe and comfortable, and know that Alpha is a wonderful asset to your team. We hope to come back soon.

Amazing unit - we have stayed at the resort in the past but this unit was by far the best!! Unit is updated and very well decorated - the private rooftop patio with plunge pool has one of the best set ups we have seen in Aldea Thai. The location of the resort is one of the best in Playa del Carmen. 150 steps to the beach and 2 blocks from 5th Ave! Ruben emailed us a list of local "top 10's" and we ended up eating dinner at several amazing places on or near 5th Ave. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

This little piece of heaven was perfect for a sunny get away. The condo has everything you could possibly need and the location of this property was amazing, 2 minute walk to the beach or 2 minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue or enjoy your private space on the roof top deck. Playa Del Carmen did not disappoint and I will certainly return.

We traveled to Playa with our kids who are 9 and 11 for spring break. We had a fabulous vacation! Our unit was well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. The rooftop pool was amazing. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax either in the sun or the shade. We were quite impressed with the common area pool. It wasn't very busy until later in the afternoon. We would start at the common pool and then once it got busy, we would just head up to our private rooftop pool. The beaches in town are not the clean, clear, quiet, pristine beaches that a lot of people think of when going to Mexico. There are beach clubs surrounding the unit. We decided these weren't the place for us and our kids. But not a big deal - the pools at the unit were just what we are looking for! Ruben did an excellent job providing information prior to our arrival. One of our favorites was his restaurant suggestions. His list consisted of more local restaurants that were off the beaten path. We enjoyed checking them out and giving our kids a taste of the local culture. We had thought we would use the kitchen in our unit. Once we got there we realized we didn't need to. There are so many restaurants so close there is no need to cook. Everything you could need is within walking distance of the condo. Overall a great trip to Playa - we would definitely return!

We are located on Mamita's beach which is the nicest beach in Playa so this is probably the most in demand location in town. We absolutely loved this condo. The rooftop patio was our favorite part - it is close to the end of the complex, so it has an unobstructed view of the ocean. Two great beach clubs are immediately in front of Aldea Thai, and the building itself has a great community pool in addition to the small pool on the rooftop. The condo was well appointed, and Ruben and Jamais were very helpful and responsive hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Our family of 6 stayed in this super spacious, elegantly decorated condo with private rooftop pool, right at Mamita's Beach! Our kids and (ourselves) loved the rooftop. We had a dining area, a sunning area, hangout couches, and another tanning area. The pool is quite large so we could all enjoy it together. The beach was a bit rough so it was perfect to be able to spend the time on the rooftop. There is a partial ocean view from the unit so we could monitor ocean conditions. The owners and property management were fantastic - answered any questions and responded to emails almost immediately. Location was the best in Playa with a beautiful white sand beach in front and turquoise waters.

Loved staying here - we went with another couple for my husband's birthday celebration. The owner made us feel very comfortable and provided a number of great restaurant recommendations. The private rooftop pool was so much fun and great walking access to tons of bars and restaurants and shopping on 5th Avenue. The beach is very close by and you can lay out on the sand or rent a chair from a beach club. Bathrooms in the unit were very nice, kitchen was great to have to prepare a few breakfasts and lunches there and we hired a chef one night. Transportation recommended by owner worked flawlessly. Great spot to enjoy PDC.
