This is the ONLY CONDO WITH IT'S OWN BEACH CLUB WITH FOOD AND BEVERAGE/RESTAURANT on site. This complex offers the best amenities that Playa has to offer. This complex includes heated pools. You are allowed the use of both facilities in the Beachside & Oceanfront buildings. The Beachfront (located in the back of the Oceanfront building) AND WHERE THIS UNIT IS LOCATED..is a smaller, more private property, while the Oceanside (located on the sand), is larger and will have more activity - as well as the on-site restaurant & beach club.

You enter by crossing a small wooden bridge suspended above a large Lilly pond filled with exotic Koi fish and aquatic plants.

The entrance is surrounded by lush tropical plants where you are greeted by an original antique door imported from India.

Enter through its impressive doors and your entrenched by the great open room which consists of a large living room and open floor plan that incorporates a gourmet kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors that open to a wrap around terrace.

The terrace also incorporates a dinning room that overlooks the sanctuary and an amazing iridescent midnight blue mosaic pool and waterfalls.

The patio doors retract into a hidden pocket inside the walls that combines the interior space with the exterior space which creates an indoor / outdoor environment.

Elegantly appointed with original Balinese furnishings and accessories and flat screen TVs throughout. The unit features oversized rooms with marble floors throughout.

The first floor also has a media room with a 13 foot high domed brick ceiling that easily converts to a spare bedroom.

The focal point in the center of the house features a 3 floor curved glass wall surrounded by a grand semi circular marble staircase that provides access to each of the floors. Each of the floors have a unique landing the size of a small room with a special feature of it's own.

The second floor features a small library on the landing with a full bathroom.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor. A Jr. master bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into 2 twins and a small terrace. The master bedroom with king size bed has its own dressing room and private master bathroom. The master bedroom features a private wrap around terrace facing the pool and the sanctuary.

The third floor is devoted to lounging and entertaining and wellness. There is a small indoor lounge on the landing of the staircase with flat screen TV. A Zen style bathroom features an over-sized shower with multiple body sprays and a steam room. There's even a professional message table in case you want to unwind and order a masseuse.

The roof deck that belongs exclusively to this unit opens up to the turquoise Caribbean Sea and features a large Jacuzzi spa overlooking Playa. An open-air shower, chairs and sofa for lounging, and a complete outdoor kitchen with professional BBQ grill and marble counter tops make for great entertaining.

The fourth floor (large loft) incorporates a romantic bedroom with a exotic Tahitian style palapa roof. It also has it's own private powder room. There is even a private large terrace with an original outdoor Indian bed towering above all of Playa with some of the most incredible views of the Caribbean sea and all of Playa.
