I just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time at the condo and in Playa del Carmen. Once we got oriented, we went everywhere. The condo was a great size for us since we were traveling with a couple of teenage boys, it gave us some breathing room that we would not have found in a hotel, and we all very much appreciated having internet. Playa del Carmen is a delightful city. We had fantastic food everywhere we went and very much enjoyed the Italian restaurant that you recommended.

Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in the Sabbia Condo. We realized that the location and facilities were perfect. My daughter and granddaughter spent every day around the water:at the pool, beach , at Xcaret, and Xel-Ha. Phyllis and I relaxed in between day trips to Coba, Tulum (twice) and Akumal.We enjoyed the variety of restaurants available to us.

What can I say? The quality of service is the reason why everyone reading this should book their next vacation rental here. She goes out of her way to work with your budget to get you the best possible unit for the lowest cost. After submitting multiple inquiries to different agencies, she responded back first with aplomb with numerous choices to choose from. Not only that, but she's quick to list points of interest, dining choices, and local excursions which was the icing on the cake. She makes it a point to talk to you as a friend during the correspondence which was a nice change of pace from all the one or two-word responses I received from the other services I emailed.Being a first-time renter, I was apprehensive about the whole process but her professionalism made me feel at ease. She makes it so easy, before I knew it I was booked and everything was done. Wonderful to work with before, during and after the stay and I really appreciate accommodating my last minute reservation. I rented the condo for my parents who were visiting since we live nearby and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location is great and convenient to everything - just a few minutes walk to 5th Avenue, 10 minutes to the beach and we really didn't leave the area around 34th Street which has some great restaurants & cafes . We love eating at Las Aguachiles right across the street (lettuce leaf fish tacos are amazing), so that was a treat too. We had good times in the pool and the internet was great. The condo was much nicer than expected and a fantastic rate for that type of property and it really does look that beautiful at night. We'll be back! Gracias Amigos!!

Service was great! As soon as we reserved the condo they contacted us to offer any advice we might need. When we arrived, they greeted us and answered all our questions about places to eat and things to do. Their condo is perfect: impeccable taste in furnishings, small complex with a great pool, excellent location right near the beach and also close to good local food. It was the most perfect vacation!

We were very disappointed that your condo was not available during the dates that we wanted, but are extremely grateful for your help in sucuring something else that suited our needs. Since we ended up staying in same building, we got to know the area well. The location was perfect...just far enough from 5th Ave but close enough to walk to everything. The shuttles that run on 30th Ave were very convenient to get to the other end of the beach, if we wanted. We loved the North side of town with all the restuarants and the beautiful beaches. Next year we will try to rent your unit.

We stayed in this beatifully decorated condo for a week. The owners have taken such care with every detail. The quality of the sheets, towels, and kitchen supplies was better than a typical rental. The location to 5th and the beach was just perfect for us. There were about 20 restaurants one block from us and the another 20 the other direction 2 blocks from us. We walked to Mamitas or Shangri Lai Beach every day. The amenites at the property included a beautiful pool with lots of areas to lounge, jacuzzis, game room, and gym. We also have a cell phone for our use. We ate at several of the restuarants recommended by the owners.

The apartment was everything one could ask for. I was as advertised, very tastefully decorated and very clean. The pool was great for our family use. Its location was very convenient to various activities including some fine restaurants. The Photos accurately reflected the actual apartment. The owner went out of their way to be helpful and anticipated our every question and need. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to this area of Mexico.

We loved staying at here! We have stayed in many other places in Playa, but the amenities here have been the best. The pool is huge! One section is perfect for wading in or if you have small children. The other section is deeper with the in-pool beds. It was perfect to relax there and then later jump in the jacuzzi. The condo is in a great location....close to all the activity, but far enough to not have the noise of 5th Ave. It is one block to 5th and then the beach. We really enjoyed being on this end of Playa...less young kids and tourist traps. We will be back!

We had a great time in playa Del Carmen. The condo was amazing, with all the comforts of home . The place looks better than the pictures. It truly felt like a luxury resort. We were steps from 5th Avenue and the beach. There was a great variety of restaurants. One day we would be having Argentine steaks and the next homemade Italian lasagna. We were initially thinking to be right on 5th Ave or the beach, but after staying here, we realize this is a much better location. We were close to all the action, but just far enough away (one block) to avoid the noise and crowds. Each night on 34th Street there is live music at Bodegita de Medio. It was great to have that right here but not the noise! The condo had everything we needed from a TV and DVD in the bedroom, to games, books, even a game room and gym. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Playa del Carmen!

My husband and I spent the week in this beautiful condo. We felt like we had been transported into another little world. We walked to the beach each morning, bought coffee and croissants at Che Celine and enjoyed them on our balcony. In the afternoon, we hung out on the pool beds and worked on our tans. At night, 5th Ave was alive at this end of the beach. We loved that everything was just a few blocks away. The best restaurants were all up in this area. The location was great! Thank you!

We can't wait to go back!!! What a great place to stay!!! There was so much more to do there than we ever expected. Of course we went to the beach everyday and ate on 5th Ave, but there is a huge park across the street with basketball, tennis, track, soccer, different classes going on, etc. The owners were great to work with and even helped us with airport pick up and some tours. They gave us an early check in and late check out, which was very helpful and appreciated! See you next year!!

Thank you for letting us stay in your home. The condo had everything that I needed in it! The kitchen was so well equipped that I felt like I was in my own home. The pots and pans are definately imported! The lines were all top of the line. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach or just stay at the pool. Can't wait to come back!

Best property in Playa Del Carmen! I have traveled to Playa 6 of the last 8 years. I stayed at Haman Ha, just north of the ferry terminal. Haman Ha is a great location, but the units and their upkeep are a function of individual owners. Some take great care and others do not. I wanted to try something different and with great luck, I discovered this condo. It is simply outstanding. The unit is well appointed with stainless appliances and granite counter tops All flooring is tiled. And everything works.The location is fantastic. One and a half blocks to the north end of 5th Ave. And there are great restaurants both east and west on 34th Ave – all within walking distance. The Mega super dept store and Sorianan are within walking distance. It is a beautiful condo; well appointed and in the middle of everything. The beach is two blocks away. The grounds of the condo and pool are fantastic and well maintained. The staff at the main desk are most helpful and attentive. I liked it so much that I thought again about staying a month during the next winter. But it is already rented Jan to April. No wonder. It is a great place to spend the winter. Hosts are wonderful folks and I got to meet them. They love their unit and they care about it as if it was their only home. I loved staying there and hope to return sometime in the future.

We loved our stay in Mexico this Winter. Our condo was beautiful, the pool is beyond believable, as was the weather. The condo appears to be professionally decorated and the kitchen is very well stocked, even to handle dinner parties. Oh yes, and the washer and dryer are so convenient. This condo is so well placed, minimal street noise, everything can stay open, as sun only glances the unit for a short time daily, and breezes off the water keep it naturally cool. Condo is a great complex, well kept, and convenient to 5th Avenue and all the services between 5th and 30th. And elevators in Playa, what a treat. We enjoyed an email relationship with the owners. They and the onsite management were very responsive to information and needs. We are booked for next Winter!For convenient services, don't miss the good grocery store on 30th and 38th, no need to take the long hike to Walmart or Mega. Restaurants abound, friendly place on the corner, wonderful raw seafoods on corner 34th and 25th, wonderful fresh seafood on 40th between 5th and 10th, El Pirata. All the best places on 5th are moving north from the pier area to this neighborhood.

It is very convenient it is to 5th Ave and has the best restaurants on that side of town, beach is very close...Kool and Mamitas Beach Club, Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful big pool, plus game room and gym. Condo is clean, modern, and spacious. AC works great!! It really is a great value and the owner easy to work with.
