The Elements rental condos are 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom vacation rental condos located in the North End of Playa del Carmen. All of the units offer ocean views.
There are garden suites, standard suites, and penthouse suites available to rent. All have ocean views and access to one of the best swimming pools in all of Playa del Carmen.
The most unique feature offered at The Elements is the private "guest-only" beach club! Filled with lounge chairs and lined with palm trees, The Elements Private Beach Club allows guests to escape from the crowds of other beach clubs to relax and enjoy the splendor of the Caribbean Ocean and white sand!

PLEASE ASK FOR QUOTE. SOME UNITS ARE NOW 3 BEDROOMS DUE TO ADDING ONE BEDROOM ONTO THE ROOFTOP AREA. THE PRICING BELOW REFLECTS SOME OF THE 2 BEDROOM UNITS. There is a 12% fee charged by the property management company for payment processing. Price is up to 4 persons. There is a $25 charge each for the 5th and 6th person per day. This is the property manager rule not mine! A $59 Insurance Fee is also added to the price in case of damage. RESERVATION DEPOSIT of $300 USD is required to confirm any reservation. The balance of the total reservation amount is due and will be charged to the Guest, 30 days prior to the arrival date. All payments made are non-refundable for any reason. HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS occurring between December 15 and January 10 of any year, require full payment to confirm the reservation and all monies are non refundable for any reason.
